A lo largo de estos últimos años he ido aumentando mi colección de libros de ganchillo, algunos en español y otros en inglés. Hoy voy a centrarme en los libros que tengo sobre amigurumi y me encantarÃa que me sugirierais vuestros libros favoritos de ganchillo.

Creo que éste fue el primer libro de ganchillo que me compré, lo cierto es que cuando me aficioné al ganchillo hace unos años al principio sólo hacÃa amigurumis, fue esta entretenida variación lo hizo que me enganchara.
Como su nombre indica, en este libro podéis encontrar patrones para hacer todo tipo de monstruos como zombies, vampiros y la muerte (mi favorito) entre otros. Pero también hay algún otro tipo de personaje cómo amazonas y ninjas para mantener a raya a tanto bicho loco.
No voy a entrar en más detalle con este libro porque hace tiempo colgué una entrada completa sobre él en la que os enseñaba todos los muñecos que he hecho con sus patrones.

I believe this was the first crochet book I ever bought, truth is, when I started making crochet a few years ago all I made at the time were amigurumis, it was this creative variation of crochet what got me hooked.
As the name suggests, this book is full of creepy creatures like zombies, vampires or the Death (my favorite) among others. But there are also some other characters like amazonas and ninjas to keep some order among so many weirdo.
I'm not going to go into much detail with this book since a while back I wrote a whole post on it and I showed you all the creatures I had crocheted.

Ana Paula RÃmoli tiene varios libros de amigurumi publicados y todos ellos están llenos de cosas preciosas y la mar de simpáticas. Lo que más me gusta de Amigurumi, sorprendentes muñecos de ganchillo es que tiene varios patrones perfectos si quieres hacer un regalo a un recién nacido, yo he sacado varias ideas para hacer para amigas y les han encantado. Mis favoritos son los móviles de cama y cochecito y los sonajeros pero también hay muchos más muñecos para hacer y algunos son bastante interactivos y permiten a un niño jugar con ellos (un juego de té, frutas con muñecos dentro escondidos, etc.).

My favorites are the bed and stroller mobiles and the rattles; but there are also many little toys and some of them are quite interactive (a tea set, fruits with hidden toys, etc.)

Mi Muñeca de Ganchillo (Isabelle Kessedjian)
My Crochet Doll (Isabelle Kessedjian)
Éste es el último libro de amigurumi que he comprado. Llevaba tiempo siguiendo el trabajo de Isaelle Kessedjian asà que cuando vi el libro en la librerÃa no me lo pensé. Aún no he hecho nada de él pero estoy segura de que pronto lo haré.
En primer lugar nos encontramos con el patrón para una adorable muñeca (que puedes customizar a tu gusto cambiándole el color de piel y de pelo) y una vez la tienes hecha puedes empezar a elaborar un montón de ropa y accesorios divertidos (también puedes hacer que sea un muñeco variando ligeramente algunos detalles). Creo que serÃa muy divertido hacerlo para algún niño (o para ti) e ir regalando o añadiendo cositas a la colección.

This is the last amigurumi book I've bought. I'd been following Isaelle Kessedjian work for a while when I saw this one at my local library and totally fell in love with it. I haven't crocheted anything from it yet but I'm sure I will soon.
First, you find the pattern for a super cute doll (which you can customize to your liking with different skin and hair colors) and once you've made it you can start making lots of fun clothes and accessories for her (I think it can easily be made into a boy too). It would be so fun to make the doll for a little one (or yourself!) and keep gifting or adding stuff to collect.
